- 2 cup Coconut flour
- 1/4 cup Almond flour
- 2 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 cup Salus Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Ground Chia
- 1 cup Butter, unsalted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet.

In a separate bowl, sift flours, baking powder, sugar, and salt
Gradually incorporate dry mixture into wet mixture. Chill cookie dough in the refrigerator for 30-60 min.
